Getting started

What happens after I send a message?

Dr. Dugan replies on a weekday with times and your fee in writing. Messages are not monitored around the clock, so for anything urgent, call 988 or 911.

Do you have evening hours?

Yes. Monday to Thursday until 7 p.m., for clients who work during the day. Evening times fill early, so write soon.

Where is the office?

In the Pearl District of Portland, at 1847 NW Everett Street, Suite 310, with street parking and a garage nearby. Dr. Dugan is licensed in Oregon, so video sessions are for clients who are in Oregon when we meet.
